I'm 10 days post op and am on full liquids. I am instructed to drink the Protein shakes and the Soups at 1cup over an hour. Did it no problem. Then I wasn't paying attention and ate it all in 30 min. Still just fine! I don't feel restriction or pain or anything, but then again I'm only on liquids and don't know how prevelant the restriction is at this stage. At most, i have the usual bit of gurgling that can be a tad uncomfortabke, but thats it. No signs that i NEED to stop eating. Can anyone give me any clarity on this? amymorrison29 on MyFitnessPal!

It was painfully obvious that you shared it with fyre. I could tell. And I didn't mind. I disk expect you to be happy about what I said. I didn't however, expect you to do his. I stand by what I said, but perhaps I could have left out the 6 others. I did my best to address an issue and now I'm stepping away. Do as you wish. That's so odd because I had the exact same pre op response. I went into myself and didn't feel like talking to anyone. I just wanted to go about my business quietly. I think maybe we were mentally preparing? Trying to come to terms with he enormity of what we are about to do? I dont know. But you're certainly not alone in this. amymorrison29 on MyFitnessPal!

I think that a burger every rare occasion is ok if you can handle it. I mean.... We only have one life. I personally don't want to live on Protein shakes and eggs my whole life. Everything in moderation. You ate a whole burger! Savor it. But don't get out of control. That's just my VERY humble opinion from a newbie!!! amymorrison29 on MyFitnessPal!

And the reverse cowgirl comment was in a thread where 3 of us were talking about sex and I put a disclaimer before my comment. I'm so ok with people who talk about raunch and what not. We are like a family here. I don't get offended easily, but I do try to be considerate of others and respect that not everyone feels as I do. You have an issue with taking attention away from other peoples support and I wish you'd think twice about when maybe its not the right time to do that. I'm a state corrections officer at a med/max security men's prison and my son happens to play soccer. Where does that put me? In no ones mold, that's where. I think that what you did was very cowardly and immature. I tried to handle a very valid issue I had with you privately, and you couldn't handle it. I know we all have issues which led us to overeating and needing this surgery, and maybe some of your have to to with growing up. amymorrison29 on MyFitnessPal!

Oh and I never said people don't like you. I said they're annoyed by some of your antics. I'm not sucking anyone's anything and I am not a little girl.
