I'm losing a steady 10 lbs a month. Total loss 133 lbs. total since DOS 93. I'm 7 lbs short of onederland. Hoping to see that by Nov. and my Drs goal for me is 170. So only 37 lbs to go

Hi I am a newbie also....I finally made my mind up to go for it. I have my first appt with dr lavin in covington on Thursday. So excited but hesitant also. I am self pay and im praying its worth it! Wish me luck
