Sleeved 9/12/12. Lost 40 before and 40 since. Highest weight was 340 I'm hovering 262. Stalled for 2 weeks now. Very frustrating

I wish there was a way to get notifications when you comment or when someone comments after you have. That would help me out alot

Thanks guys. I called the pharmacy to double check about my antibiotic since I'm taking lomotil and not Imodium he says I'm in the clear. But thanks I would have not known about it

10 months of this wow is all I can say and sorry you've gone through it. My surgeon's nurse doesn't seem to think its surgery related but while he has been a general surgeon for several years he is new at the sleeve so who knows. My pcp sent my sample off and gave me cipro until we have the results along with lomotil no more than 8 a day. He also gave me another prescription but our small town pharmacy has to order it so it won't be in until tomorrow. I hate that anyone else has gone through this but glad I have someone who I can talk to.

So what treatment are you on and how long has this been going on? I'm up to 7 lomotil a day and just sent cultures off yesterday

I'm having the same trouble. They are checking me now for c diff. Did yours start right away. I'm 6 weeks out and mine just started a week ago.

Just a suggestion, but I take Won Ton Wrappers. And put hamburger meat or rotisserie chicken anything like that that I maybe fixing for my family. I put the wrappers in a cupcake pan add my meat then sprinkle cheese and bake less than 10 min. It's good protein little carb with a crunch!!

Will that bother you for days?? I'm gonna have to google that.

Thanks getting there. That will be my 1st call in the am. I'm taking 4 lomotil a day and still having trouble. Hope this isn't my long haul!

Sorry to put so much tmi out there but I'm having a hard time. Thurs night I thought I was having a dumping episode because of a drink. Well here it is Sunday night. I'm still having extreme diarrhea I am taking Lomotil to help but it is still going on strong! Doesn't matter what I eat, is anyone else having or have had this problem. Ill be 6 weeks out on Wednesday

Wow this is the 1st time I have ever really felt like i have actually been sleeved. I was tired of water so I had an unsweetened peach tea. After drinking it I found out it has syrup in it. Not sure how much but enough that it has turned my world upside down and not in a good way. Glad I was with family!! I truly have more respect for those that have had issues with this surgery more than I did before. Also my sister had surgery this morning. So far so good with her. Hopefully she will join the site!

Momofthing I got mine at Walmart. They are clear with blue lids and they are a 1/2 cup.
