  7. My taste has changed but my smell hasn't. I really don't like the way most things taste now.
  8. I thought I'd have a hard time "breaking up" with food but I really don't get hungry very often. I've really not craved anything except maybe pizza but I let myself have a bite or two& it satisfied me. It's a very strange feeling to not be hungry. Good luck & I pray everything will turn out well for you. :-)
  9. First gym day today. 11 mins on treadmill, 2 miles on bike & then the eliptical kicked my butt. I lasted 3 mins. Lol
  10. Etowah, Tennessee

  14. I was set on the sleeve but when my surgeon showed me the difference in weight loss that I could expect I choose RYN. So glad I did. I had to give up NSAIDS but I'd gladly do that for a chance at loosing more weight. Good luck .
  15. I'd go to my Dr office tomorrow & call my insurance company on my phone & then hand the phone to the insurance lady at the Dr office. That way you know they have talked to each other. Kinda crazy but it might work. :-)
  16. It depends on what I'm eating. If I make it something moist & take baby bits I can eat more.
  17. How much weight has everyone lost? 22 lbs since surgery(4/21) for me. Feel like it should be more but not starting the gym till 1st of june. Just walking some rt now.
