Went from a size 28 to 13/14

4X shirt to XL

I can't believe how much more energy I have.

I still want to lose another 40 or at least be a size 10 but if I don't that's ok.

Here are my before and after.

Mine has slowed way down. I can eat a lot on some days but other days I can't. If I'm honest it depends on the quality of food as to how much I can eat. Better quality = less food. I know this but some days I just want to snack. All in all I'm happy with where I am, of course I'd love to get to my qoal weight but I feel so much better I'm happy.

3 avacodos

1 package Pico de Gallo

1 package of guacamole powder mix

Mash up the avacotos and mix everything together :-)

I live in Cleveland. Very close to Chattanooga.

I chose to go to Knoxville and use Dr Stephen Boyce.

I used Dr. Rutledge in Chattanooga. He's at memorial hospital.

Im from Tennessee as well, but on the "volunteer" side of the state, knoxville area. Having surgery this coming wednesday.

My best friend is from Kingston. Good luck on your surgery.

Dr said I've got another 6-9mos of losing so I'm going to try to kick my exercise in gear. I've been slacking. :-(

6mo on the 21st down 83 lbs since surgery. Was hoping for 100 but I've had a stall for 3weeks now. Hopefully things will get back on track soon.

They are making my stomach hurt. I think I might be developing lactose intolerance. I go to my 6mo check up on Thursday so I'm going to talk to them about it.

Thank you. I'll check them out. I just bought 2 cases of my Premier Protein, I've been using it since surgery and now bam it's making me sick. I just don't want to get back into old habits of eating. I can tell without Protein I am hungry a lot more.

The last couple of weeks have been bad. My Protein Drinks are making me sick so I've stopped drink one every day. Just sipping on one, on and off for maybe 3 days. I think I'm becoming lactose intolerant. Now without my drinks my Protein is hard to get in. So I'm hungry! I've not lost anything in 2 weeks. I feel derailed. Now I've got to find a drink I can tolerate.

This might be my next tattoo

I was up walking as soon as I could feel my legs again with my c-section and I was up walking a couple of hours after my RYN. I would say the gas pains are the worst about the RYN and the only thing that helps is walking that hall every hr. The worst thing about my csection were the staples. After you get the gas out its smooth sailing with the RYN. My pain tolerance might be better than others, I didn't even take a pain pill with the RYN but I did with a c-section. I think you'll feel better with the RYN.
