  1. I would peel at your stage. TMI. But I passed indigestible food that early out. Let your stomach relax a bit...
  2. It can be trial and error...that stuck feeling really is terrible. You didn't mention the size of your mouthful. Even ground, too big a mouthful will get stuck...it gets better though. Try keeping your mouthfuls to the size of your thumbnail. Let it go down and try another in 3 minutes.
  3. I was good on day 4... Tummie sleeper too
  4. Why the side effect and none of the benefit. stalled for 6 weeks and hair falling out in clumps. A but frustrated here...protein is all in...ugh!
  5. Easy, handy, high in Protein...whatever the reason. Your top 3 food items that help keep you on track. 1. String cheese 2. Premier Protein shakes for days I cannot make it 3. Sashimi-tuna, salmon and shrimp
  6. Fresh brewed and chilled tazo teas. I like chai the best.
  7. HW: 226 SW: 202 CW: 169 Surgery date: 4/18 I couldn't be happier. 29 lbs from goal!
  8. The strangest thing just started this week. When I eat- Protein, fruit/veggies...whatever...my stomach gurgles and little bubble (like mini belches) come up. It's not painful or uncomfortable...just really weird and out of the blue. I am not drinking with meals nor eating anything especially gassy. I wonder whether I am eating too fast (still have trouble with that) and taking in too much air. But, why would that start now? I see my surgeon in 2 weeks...if this persists I will call before. Also, the constipation has come back. I was good for 3 months and POW! But, I am stressed and so busy at work. I drink all my fluids, but I tend to suck it down in clusters versus drinking constantly all day.
  9. With such willpower, why did you even have the surgery? You could have lost weight just sticking to that diet. I take great offense to your comment about "bad behaviors" we are all human and this site is to support people through good behavior and bad. Because we don't have your willpower...doesn't mean that you have the right to judge us.
  10. I tried it 2.5 months out and vomited. I tried it again 4 months out and it was fine. I can really eat anything- bread, pasta...just in smaller amount. For instance, I can eat an entire piece of square pizza over about 20 minutes. Compared to the usual 4 pieces, I am thrilled. Everyone is different...
  11. 3 month post op. hair is falling out by the fistfuls. Am now 4 monypths and have been collecting the hair to get a sense. I now filled up a 1 gallon bag of hair, also weight lifting has helped. Got rid of some flab and crested tightness
  12. You will be a rock star. You'll black out for a bit, wake up on lovely meds and you won't even remember it. I had so much anxiety. 4 months and I only regret not exercising more...my eating is so under control and feel great. I had no complications and could have gone home same day. Mild pain, was off IV the day after...up and walking. Drinking was weird, but it all went in comfortably. Just gradually ate more ang here I am. Sw 202 cw 170 after 4 months
