My surgery was May 17th of 2007. I had lost 70 pounds and have put on 40! I am so upset with myself but I can't seem to be "good" and stick to my diet for a full day. I love sweets and they are my big down fall. I don't know what to do to get back to eating right. Why is my self control so weak all of a sudden? HELP!!!!

Jim, You have done a great job losing 60 pounds already!! I bet you are feeling a lot better. I was banded May 9th and had my first fill last week. Keep up the good work, you are an encouragement to us!

I had my first fill last Tues. and felt fine. I would think you will be able to return to work.

I had my first fill last Tues. and I think that it is great! I have the gas problem too, I must swallow a lot of air. Before I received my fill i could eat anything and did! I'm so thankful that I can feel some restriction with this first fill.

i received my first fill today. i was banded may 9th. i received 5cc and my band will hold 10. i am hoping that this will help with the hunger pains i have been having. i am ready for bandster hell to be over!

i can feel mine too. I was banded on May 9th 2007. I thought something was wrong but when I went in for my post-op they said it was normal. Mine is up high and not down in my stomach. Where is everyone elses?

what happened to people being responsible for their actions. An eye for an eye. If they kill they should be killed. Why should they get to live on? They took someones life!

I was banded May 9th 2007. I can't wait to get my first fill! it's great to read how everyone is doing.
