I think about getting to the gym and cant get my ass there, i go for a few days and then i don't want yo go anymore so i understand how u all fell !!

After being at work for 8 hrs. I cant seem go want to do anything at all, i do feel depressed at time but its not always like that :-(

alcohol has affected my weight loss, I'm definitely limiting myself to 1 day at week.

after the surgery I was feeling depressed and found myself drinking 3 - 4 times per week, n 9 months Ive only lost 60lbs. which makes me sad to know, i let my emotions take over.

I will definitely think twice about drinking during the week n try to workout instead of thinking of drinking.

Im 8 months post and when just ordered a blt for lunch and i could only eat half of the sandwich and a few chips :-)

What is PPI ?

No Protein Shakes anymore stopped sbout 4 months ago, my doctor did not feel i should take them anymore but im wondering if i should take anything to help me with my appetite !!

I have chobani yogurt for Breakfast with a large coffee everyday than a piece of grill chicken with some salad maybe about a quarter then for dinner i have something similar, i have peanuts or almonds in between my meals :-)

@mistysj - i will keep that in mind, I have my yogurt with my coffee, I guess that needs to stop too. My meals are pretty much solid no drinking in between but i have noticed it's not 30 after or before so that may be the problem. Thanks for the information @ lexi6510 I am not working out and feel no desire to, I wish i had the energy that everyone talks about, i do take my Vitamins so not sure again what the problem is. I will see my doctor on 6/27/13, lets see if he thinks I should take something else for energy.

I stall all the time, I just let it get to me bc if i do it will discourage me, I've only lost 60lbs since Sept. 2012, it's very slow but im not in a hurry to be the ideal weight. Keep faith that you will eventually loose it all !!!

my boss just told me that a chef she knows lost 230 lbs in 1 year bc the surgeons at North Hospital in Long Island stapled his esophagus by mistake, he cannot ate and can only have liquids since having the surgery, I feel so bad for this man, I can't imagine the trauma he has been going through for over a year. Hope everything works out for everyone post surgery.

I'm sorry that you went through so much, glad now your feeling better. I was sleeved in Sept. 2012 and only lost 52 lbs. so far, I question my sleeve sometimes bc I get very hungry at times and I can eat almost an entire slice of pizza if i allow it. Now I'm wondering if there is anything going on with me. I had it done in NY and my insurance paid for it.

Im down 51lbs. And the other day my sister made a stupid comment, i was telling her that i would clean my closet and donate my 16 size jeans and size 18 and her stupid comment was " why don't u keep them just in case " so my response was " I'm not planning on gaining weight it, so why would i keep them ? " it really annoyed me to hear that from her bc she was at the hospital for me and looked after me after surgery :-(

Ive only lost 51 lbs. in 5 months, so don't feel bad, everyone looses differently and has different metabolism !!!
