My point was my doctors plan doesn't have you start "full liquids" til day 10, not on day 3! That's 7 days different and 7 days of healing going on ! Maybe my dr is more conservative and theirs might be more aggressive? Just odd at the difference.

Did you do surgery here in US? If so and pain is not cramp, contact hospital that procedure was done , they can get intouch with DR faster than you can, it might be clot, those are painful and Nothing to play around with! Cramps should work themselves out shortly!

I had my surgery Wednesday too! I'm on full liquids so I can have like gerber food and cream of ---- Soups ' date=' yogurt and cream of wheat ! I been good just been burping alot and getn chest pains , doc said slow it down when eating, and I tought I was eating SLOWWW LOL guess not! Really, you should been on Clear Liquids only til day 7 after surgry , then start Proteins (amazing how some drs differ in diets)!

My doctor told me nothing but Clear liquids, then day 5 iopure (protein) day 7 chewable Vitamins. If your talking Protein and Vitamins 2 days out, somebody gave you bad info I think, it's tough that first, but I found it gets easier each day , I'm 18 days out and just started mushy food! Down 42 lbs!

I'm 18 days out and the salty snack carving are starting to lessen !! Hang in there! I had oatmeal yesterday and I thought I died and went to heaven!
