i confess i have been in a stall for a week or so, I quit weighing , climbed on scale and was same!!

BUT i have been riding bike every other day 10 -15 miles and not exactly eating right!!!

so getting back on track and and trusting that my sleeve will continue to work as should and have will power to stay on track!

BUT DAMN, Dark chocolate taste soooo freaking awesome!!!!!

I never had a sweet tooth until after sleeve!!! anybody else??

I gotta go for bike ride- get my mind off chocolate!!!

Today I wore a pair of SIZE 8 jeans by Liz Claiborne !!! Never dreamed it possible

I had surgery aug 1, 2012. It was set around June 2012 once insurance gave final approval. Btw, im 2lbs from total of 100 lbs lost (preop weight)

He has several preop diets, I think depends on your insurance. He had me on low fat diet two weeks prior told me to stay on it and do not cheat. You need to shrink the fatty liver. It makes surgery easier and faster recovery. I love dr lavin. Where are u doing yours? Date yet?

aug 1,2012 was surgery date. 325lbs heaviest, 220lbs today! goal is 165lbs!!!!

I am a CHL license holder and 8 rounds of 230 grain jacketed hollowpoints will equalize just about any threat! No matter how "BIG" they are!

(1) I confess I don't understand the concept of myself as 'not' being that "fat girl with the cute face". Can I really be seen as anything else?!

(2) I confess that I am slightly obsessed with the "next size down". When I was an 18 I always tried to squeeze into 16s. Now that I'm a 6/8' date=' why am I disappointed that the next size down doesn't fit??!

(3) I confess that sometimes I'm really lonely, and that losing 85 lbs hasn't taken that feeling away

(4) I confess that I have no idea how to handle/date the opposite sex now. It's a different ball game and no one sent me the instructions!

(5) I confess that I wish sometimes that the world was "clothing optional" so I could show off the new bod. Kidding!!!! But I do enjoy going out just for the game of being looked at. It seems to me the only people that understand are other sleevers, I have a good supporting family but none of them have gone through this and truely understand! Great news that im not truly " alone" but I really dont like the feeling!
