  1. Yes I was allowed to start the soft food stage about a week and a half after my surgery. I eat a lot of chicken and turkey for lunch and dinner and usually an egg or just a Protein shake for Breakfast.
  2. I was sleeved on the 14th as well. I have not had any issues at all, I love it. I feel great and ready to get my life back on track. Good luck and hope all goes well
  3. I think that the hardest thing for me is to watch other people eat things that I now cant. It is getting easier every day though. Keep up the good work and congrats on the weight loss
  4. It took me 4 days and I was actually pretty worried about it, the Dr told me to use Milk of magnesia which most people dont like the taste of. It was one of the most painful BMs ive ever had that is for sure. After that one I have been fairly regular and they are much softer.
