What is the longest stall everyone has had?? I was sleeved Sept. 17 and my first stall lasted about 2 weeks. This time it's been about 3 weeks and I'm nervous. Now that I my calorie intake is higher I'm scared I won't lose the weight. I have about 900 to 1200 cal a day it varies from day to day. Does anyone have any advice as to what I can do to jump start my weight loss again?? -

Cheri You have been so informative to this thread. Thank you! I also just broke my stall I'm so happy ! I'm now down 2 lbs. I was just reAlly scared when I started this thread because it had been 3-4 weeks and I have never stalled that long but you really Enlightened me when u said a real stall is 3 weeks or longer. Thanks for your wisdom :-) -

Wow that is cool!! I will definitely try that and I know I HAVE to cut back on carbs! I guess carbs are just easier when I can't cook like when I'm at work. -

Yea I know what you mean about the slowest loser me too but they say the less you had to lose the slower you will go. -

I remember feeling the same way and wondering what the hell did I do to myself. Its definitely an adjustment leaving behind that lifestyle that was all about food. I remember realizing 2 weeks post op, that in my old life everything revolved around food and now what was I to do. Good thing is as the weeks go on things get easier and you lose weight and you learn to live a normal life and fit new things in where food use to be :-) -

THANK GOD for each and every one all yall and the advice everyone gave! I woke up today and THE STALL IS OVER!!! i LOST 2lbs! I can't explain how happy I am to be losing again :-)
