I just do lots of cardio, I run 5-8 miles every third day and do Crossfit on days I don't run. I do abs everyday to tighten my midsection and it's worked so far. I don't count carbs/protein I just eat high Protein food all day long, and on days I run I make sure I get a few servings of long grain brown rice in or I will feel terrible. -

I get in lots of protein, I just workout like crazy, I only have a small amount of loose skin on my belly but I hope I can shrink it -

Go to Crossfit.com and they post a workout there each day. It's all about functional strength and lots of reps and muscular endurance.
