    Getting Sleeved This Tuesday

It went great with the Insurance co! Once my doctor's office finally submitted the info (by phone actually!) they gave the authorization right off the bat. I am 5 1/2 months out and am down 53lbs. The weight loss is slower than some, but I am VERY happy with my progress. Good luck!

    Louisiana Sleevers?

Had my last appointment the Monday before the storm. I guess everything being closed delayed submission, I have a call in to my Dr, hopefully they have submitted by now and I will hear some good news soon! The waiting is horrible! LOL..

    Louisiana Sleevers?

I am in the process of getting all my presurgery visits done (psych eval, nutrition, etc.)..but hope to have surgery very soon. Apparently my insurance is very good and has very few hoops to jump through. Dr. Hargroder will be doing the surgery. My insurance requires a surgeon of excellence and bariatric hospital of excellence (St. Elizabeth's in Gonzales). To those who are using Dr. Taylor, I worked in surgery with him for several years and he is a great surgeon and an awesome guy. I love him! Michelle
