Ooh! Milk would be awesome with the chocolate Isopure powder. Yay! I didn't like the bottled kool-aide drinks from them, for me they were too concentrated.

Sit up really straight and/or stand and lean back a little if it feels like it's getting stuck.

We all need to be really proud, this is a huge commitment to our health. I'm day four. I found if I sit up really straight or even stretch a little everything gowns down more easily! Be strong!

Still on all liquids can't stay out of bathroom I'm miserable. Hang I there. I'm 4 days out. I almost have to meditate my self through every sip. I've founding really have to stretch myself up straight to help it all go down. I trying to look at it through the perspective that this will retrain my brain to eat consciously, which I never done. Try sugar free gum and a good mouth rinse. Keep walking, that will help you remember your reasoning in the first place. Also try to find a you tube string by one person. It helped me a lot to see the transition in people's bodies and attitudes. The decision is done, so don't look back, just do everything you can to enjoy what it will do for you. WE will all get through this.

www.therecoverycenter.org has meeting every three hours round the clock. Also has WLS-OA meetings on Thursday at 7:30pm and Sunday at 7:30pm.

I'm 5'6" and 255. I am supposed to also lose 122lbs. For some reason, I don't start the liquid diet until two days before surgery, which should be 8/21. I'm super excited to be able to shop in regular stores with my friends. I'm super freaked about saggy skin.
