Awesome! Can't wait to get there. That's "Biggest Loser" tough.

Aah Phew! I was worried you'd spring a leak. Hang in there.

Are you sure you can have Celery already? That seems a little rough for our unhealed stomachs. My hunger didn't completely go away until this week-week 4. Protein is what keeps me going....

I was really concerned that I would feel like that forever, but as soon as you go under, it really is over! It feels sort of miraculous. And like I said, I almost gave up in the two days.

Pre-op was definitely the worst, and mine was only two days! I barely made it. When I see what others have to do, I'm in awe. The best I can offer is that you'll never feel this way again! Hang in there!

It still could be something else, I'm glad you're going to call your doctor.

Try bariatric foodie, emilybites or the world according to egg face. I can't eat much yet, but they have great ideas!

Antibiotics have always given me yeast infections...

I was sleeved on the 21st. I started at 255 and am down to 232. I'm still on soft foods. I'm going through some sort of wierd let down. I'm wondering if it's because life was very exciting and scary up until this, and now it's normal? I can't figure it out. I should be dancing on the ceiling right?

The leg cramps are probably hydration, but you might also need potassium. As for the other, so did I. I think it was a reaction to the IV antibiotics. Try rinsing with Water twice a day....we have to remember all of this will pass. Yay! On the 10lbs!!!!

My surgery was August21st. That was my biggest concern. Because you are getting rid of the ghrelin hormone, you will feel differently, and just plain will not be able to use food for emotional reasons. Yay! Try to find some fun things to do instead. I only had to do two days pre-op liquid and I was dying. I really feel for you. It will pass, I promise!

Thanks for that. I'm at week 3 1/2 and frustrated, getting sick more often, etc. I'm really glad to hear I should see the light soon. Thanks Kinnymom!

I use a little neosporin and a bandaid to soften them up when they start to itch. It has helped when they get too dry and start to pull. That's what makes them itch in me.

Thanks for starting this thread. I feel a lot better knowing I'm not completely nuts.

Me too! I think it's all the estrogen released in the fat cells. I'm worried I"m going to be a basket case for the duration!

The thing that brought skin brushing back to the front of my mind was reading a post from a fellow sleever on here about his 6 month weightloss. He dry brushed every night and applied lotion and had NO excess skin and I believe he was in the late 300's before starting his journey! So motivational. If you would like to read it his post it is called "6 Months Post Op 110 Pounds Lost 4Ever <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />!"[/quote']
I was getting excited about this, but I didn't notice he's a baby.. I know age is part of it. He looks amazing though. Super inspirational!
