Mine were dissolvable glue. Can you have someone sit with you? Pain pill and starting a laying down position. You'rein my prayers, wish I could help. Keep us posted. -
Ooh! Milk would be awesome with the chocolate Isopure powder. Yay! I didn't like the bottled kool-aide drinks from them, for me they were too concentrated.

We all need to be really proud, this is a huge commitment to our health. I'm day four. I found if I sit up really straight or even stretch a little everything gowns down more easily! Be strong! -
I'm only four days out but I found that low carb chocolate Isopure powder takes away the pressure of getting all the protein in. 50gms a serving. I don't mind the taste at all.

I'm 5'6" and 255. I am supposed to also lose 122lbs. For some reason, I don't start the liquid diet until two days before surgery, which should be 8/21. I'm super excited to be able to shop in regular stores with my friends. I'm super freaked about saggy skin.
