How about mixing your Protein shake with skim milk plus(added protein) and add a few ice cubes and put in the blender. It's much more filling. Good Luck you can do this! -

I like Pure Protein bars you can get them in Target, Walmart, most supermarkets and even in 7-11.

Head hunger is crazy! Buy some Protein Bars and keep one in your bag, I like Pure Protein - chocolate deluxe. 180 cals and 20 grams of protein, they are good and extremely satisfying. Good Luck! -
