With help you should be fine. Just remember to be careful getting your kids in and out of the car seats, it's such a habit that you may forget. Good Luck!

I learned to not bring it up again with the person (it was my aunt) who was against the surgery. I just continued with all my appointments and had my surgery, I am now down over 150 lbs and happy. I had this surgery for me and so I could have a happy healthy life with my spouse and kids. Remember this is for you, not them!

I would wait a few weeks before taking that Vitamin... ask your doctor, it seems too soon. -

Isopure is probably your best best, I agree with SheWins1 the grape is probably the best flavor (and I really thought I would like the orange best). Isopure is kind of like Gatorade, but it leaves your mouth with a dry kind of feeling. Sorry it's hard to describe, give it a try GNC also carries it. Good Luck! -

Having a headache the first few days is very common, it will last about 2 -3 days. Remember drink lots of Water. Good Luck! -

Pure Protein Bars come in smaller sizes, I eat the 1.76 oz bar for Breakfast and it's only 180 calories.. 20 grams of protein

I too had blood in my urine during the pre-op physical, I told them I had my period and they said ok. I would call your surgeon and find out about a new date. Trust me after surgery, food is the last thing you are thinking of. The first few days after surgery are the worst, by date 3 you should be feeling fine. Good Luck! Don't let this little bump in the road throw you of course! -
I would call them again! You have been waiting since Friday, I think you are allowed to question why it's still not done! Good Luck!

Ask your doctor, each surgeon has different timetable for salad... I had to wait nearly 4 months.
