I did the same. Honestly the shakes are all about personal taste. I hated Bariatric Advantage and liked Unjury Chocolate splendor and GNC Whey Protein. It's all trial and error.

I had to wait at least 2 and half months to eat salad. I think you are jumping on the salad a little too early.

I have tried the fat free blue cheese dressing pre-op, but kept wondering, "what the hell is in it?"

I had blood work, urine specimen, chest x-ray, and of course a few months prior an EKG and endoscopy. Good Luck!

I go to Marshall's and don't spend more than $20 for work pants. I have 3 pair navy, grey and black which I rotate during the week. I have to dress well for work but buy everything on clearance or Marshalls's. -
