Mzt I agree with you, the entire staff at SSF Kaiser was great. I am having some pain hopefully not for long. Going to try my Protein shake today. All I've had so far is Water. -
Good luck all. I came home last night, only one night inn the hospital. Sore, but doing good.

I am using the patch and it has helped take the edge off. I still would like to smoke but not more than i want my surgery on Monday. -

I attended a zumbathon last night as well. Only lasted 30 mins. I'm scheduled for surgery on 12 Nov, can't wait until I can do an entire Zumba thon. You look great. -

I meant to reply here, sorry. I found out on this site about Biotin Supplement. I have been taking it twice a day in preparation for my surgery. I have a coworker that swears by it, and she has the most beautiful hair.

I'm pre opp, but I have heard from many others on here to take Biotin supplement. I started taking it twice a day in preparation. I have a co worker that has the most beautiful hear and she swears by it.

In Suisun City by Fairfield @ the Kroc center. Its such a beautiful facility. You should check out places close to you. It is so much fun. Don't feel like i'm exercising, I love it. Wish they had it everyday. -

The Dr wanted me on 1500 calories a day to loose the 15 lbs. I've been averaging between 1300 and 1500. Down 12 lbs. Started water Zumba three times a week, and love it. -
