How can I be regular again?

I was using a stool softener every other any and then miralax every other other day I am about 2 1/2 months out and seem to be getting a bit more regular. As you start eating solids amp up the fiber as well and you should be okay. It will be less than before because you are eating less. -

Congratulations everybody! I was very happy with my week - lost 3 pounds even with two family parties, prime rib, all the fixings and desserts! I didn't even have dessert no Christmas day. -
I find the support group helpful, just to be with others who understand what you are experiencing and to get questions answered. Good luck!

Good luck and God bless! I had a very good experience with Dr. Noyan - other than I was the last surgery of the day and hadn't eaten or drunk for two entire days! He is super supportive and very encouraging. I am very happy with how my sleeve turned out!
