  1. It's just an adjustment period just like anything else like a hair cut for exAmple it is different takes people time to get used to it. Once they get used to u being thin they will be happy u conquered ur weight issues
  2. I went through the same exact thing. I ended up having to have the heart cath done because there was shadows in those other two tests now mind u they say big chested people usually show shadowing so I had to put off my surgery a darn month for no reason. I hope that doesn't happen to you. Good luck!! Jist remember you have to take care of your heart!!

  4. Girl 50 Pds is awesome and you will be ok. I totally understand the slider thing. I think we are having the 6 month freeze lol. Things are going down much better and we can eat more. The stalls make I feel like a failure and your goal weight we all thought would be here in no tome. Just go back to basics hon one hour at a time. Review your information like I did before surgery. And just walk whenever I get the chance. We will conquer this 6 month freeze but by no means are u a failure!!!!

  6. I 6 months out nooo come fore. Used to loooove my diet cold Cafeenie free I have not craved it but I have tasted it. Couple times to tAke meds and omg horrible. U won't want it
  7. I did read that. I take 4 fibercons a day religiously and a laxative a day. But I am going to get those gummed too. Thanks so much. Feeling so much better too.

  16. I pray for great results.... I so thought about Mexico myself especially because my Insurance wouldn't help me. I am now glad I did not because my liver was extremely large and my surgery took 3 hours longer than normal. But I have heard lots of good things about Mexico and am thinking about plastics there.   17. You can't hurt the sleeve my drinking broth! Like someone said if you can get it down enjoy it!!! You one of the lucky ones!!
