    Crossfit?

Crossfit is worth every penny. I did get hurt though. But that is totally my fault. I went heavy on a farmer carry that was a long distance. I didn't listen to my body say no. And I kept pushing myself. I pushed for an additional week until I just couldn't anymore. Lesson learned let me tell you. I hurt my brachialis tendon. Not fun. I can push but cannot do any pulling motion or gripping motion. Its been three months. I'm seeing a chiropractor, doing ultrasound therapy, ice and tens unit therapy and going to be starting laser therapy after the new year. Don't let this scare you. Just listen to your body no matter how hard you want to push yourself. It will benefit you in the long run.

    cross fit total

You don't know how this will work with supps and carb loading. Fuel your body as necessary and resolve yourself To the fact that you will NOT have a fast sprint time. And that's to be expected. The point of a WOD like this is to push your body. And when you repeat it in a few months, you have a target to shoot for. Worry about completing it without injury first and foremost. Hit your PR's on the lifts. Worry about the sprint last.

    Periods

Welcome to the wonderful world of normal periods. The bigger you are the less of a period you have. The smaller you get the worse they become. Wait until the frequency gets all messed up while your body adjusts. Not to be the bearer of bad news but it's bad. But you're becoming a normal sized human being now. There's going to be trade-offs.

    Fitness Plan ideas

Today I completed a hero WOD at my Crossfit box. It was a WOD to raise money for the fallen 19. It commemorated the hot shot group that died in June in Arizona. It was very moving and awesome. And it kicked my ass. 6 rounds for time: - 30 air squats, - 19 power cleans, - 7 strict pull-ups, - 400m run (I rowed because I kind of strained my IT band in my left thigh). It took me 42:14. Here's a pic of the crew.

Add some glutamine powder or caps as a post workout supplement. I get the powder and add it to my post workout protein shake.

It's because I said you should have no problem getting a lady. You are very handsome and seem very nice from the posts you make. So it's assumed you must have someone.

Are There Any Single Sleevers Out There..

My insurance covers it under certain criteria which this far I would be covered.

Are There Any Single Sleevers Out There..

The full overhaul. Arms, breasts, tummy and thighs. Insurance will cover most as part of reconstructive surgery. I don't want anything super crazy that will interfere with my workouts though. Once I maintain at 174-ish, I know I will go down into the 160's after plastics. We shall see.

I Want To See Before & After Pics!

Confidence is key!! Like I say...I'm awesome, just ask me. Lol. My problem (and guys have told me this) is that I am apparently TOO confident. In that my personality is too much for them to handle and they get intimidated. Awesome. Just greeeeeeaaaaattttt....lol

Are There Any Single Sleevers Out There..

I'm not at goal yet. I still have about 24 pounds to get to my first goal. I want to get to 174 as my weight to maintain while I wait to get approved for plastics.

Are There Any Single Sleevers Out There..

Wish there was a magic pill or whatever to make this whole date crap not so very craptastic. But at least we can chat with eachother. I'm single too and it kind of sucks and kind of doesn't. It sucks when you're lonely and you just want "your person", the one that is yours and you share the highs and lows of life with. It doesn't suck when you have to hear all the horror stories from others about the sh*tty side of dating. However, better a sh*tty day in paradise than working right? Lol. And it's all well and good that I'm under 200 now, down 117 since surgery (11/20/12) but try still being almost 6 feet tall. I will NEVER be petite and guys want small, which I cannot change my height so that leaves me S.O.L. And BTW acting nurse...you should have no problem whatsoever. Very handsome indeed.
