  1. my dr. told me I could anything I wanted but, to keep in mind that protein was very important because the body needs it so, I would be wise to follow a high protein diet and also, some things you eat might give you diarrhia so keep an eye on your intake and how your body reacts to it. Dont ignore the protein and/or your vitamins...at first I started losing a lot of hair due to lack of protein because I was not getting enough.. best of luck to you
  2. Fresh n Easy has protein shakes at a 1.99 a can and 35grams each. They have a great taste and easy to drink.. flavors are chocolate, vanilla and cookies and cream... all good if real cold.. best of luck to you

Love your honesty and Kgirl you are not alone, I have been there and it is the most uncomfortable feeling. The uniforms, haha.. I wanted to buy maternity just so they would fit but, of course that would be so obvious and I just couldnt give in to that... like if my rolls and belly were not showing all over the place. I had surgery on May 7 and I have lost 43lbs. my new body is coming and its wonderful. I want to ask you to find friends or a good support person for yourself after surgery because you will need them. Even if it is just 1 person, you should not plan on doing this alone. I wish you the best and for now keep up your spirits, you will be ok and our fat asses will be a thing of the past before we know it..

  13. I had surgery nearly 6 weeks ago and I just want to tell you that you need to get yourself together because after surgery its another emotional and physical rollercoaster. I say this with respect and concern, I suffer from severe, chronic back pain and I wanted my surgery so bad I could taste it. Once I had it done, I thought the men in the white coats were going to come take me away for good, Its a wild ride!! but, by the grace of God and holding on to God... im still here and everyday I am feeling so much better. I still have pain but, I know that I will not end up 500lbs in a wheel chair unable to take care of myself. Best of luck to you and God Bless
