  1. Geeze........I keep seeing post like these!!! I am second guessing my decision to have surgery now. I'm sorry this is not working for you.

  5. My husband wants to know what people's ins were charged for the surgery. We are self pay and he thinks we are getting ripped off. I told him to bad....I'm doing it. We have the money and it will save my life!! It will cost us 13,000.
  6. The first few days at home were you mostly in bed? Up sitting on the couch? Did you get up and do things?
  7. My surgeon said not to lift things over 20 pounds for a certain period of time. I have a 25 pound son. Can someone hand him to me and then I hold him sitting or standing?

  11. When I try to exercise I need a lot of water. I get very thirsty due to my size and sweating. How will I deal with this when I have a smaller stomach?

  14. I don't think I will be able to do the per op diet! It's two shakes a day plus a high protein meal. I have never been able to do it in the bast. That is why I need the surgery!!!! HELP!!!! How did you get through it?

  17. I am per surgery. I was told by my surgeon and from research that hungar is not an issue after surgery. With the smaller stomach and the grelin hormone gone. But I see it coming up over and over that people so "SO HUNGRY"!! What gives? So am I going to,go through this and pay so much money for........hunger? I have that for free now! Please advise.
  18. I have seen several people on this board talk about having their gall bladders removed after having the sleeve. Is this a complication? What causes it to happen?
  19. I worry about the same thing. My hunger drive is so high. If I could manage it on my own the million diets I have been on would have worked. I am prepared to work and do my part but I am looking for the hunger drive to be less. I know I didn't answer your question but I was glad to see someone else fear the same thing!
