Hello sleevers, I finally had my surgery on 8/1. My weight the night before surgery was 352 pounds and as off today I am 324 pounds. Last week was a little rough for me with cravings and just wanting solid foods. I am now cleared to start doing cardio so soon my girlfriend (who was sleeved in jan) and i will be starting the gym together. Here is too a new life!

i will certainly try my best to keep my progress posted. my girlfriend had the surgery in jan and she has lost about 60 pounds and thats with out exercise.

Next Wednesday I am meeting with my Dr. to sign my consent forms for the surgery! My patient advocate said that usually surgery is two or three weeks after a patient signs. So excited to start my new journey!!
