  1. I had my surgery done on Aug 1st. And since then I have craved Red Bull energy drinks. Before the surgery I did drink energy drinks but now it seems like I almost have to have it. Did any of y'all have any crazy cravings after surgery?
  2. Yeah this is going to be my third shoulder surgery, but first on my left shoulder. Recovery is rough and I've gained a great deal of weight after each previous one. I am happy that I got sleeved before this one.
  3. Ten weeks after surgery and I am down 55 pounds. I am finally under 300 pounds and couldn't be happier. I am trying to drop as much as I can before next week, because I'll be having a pretty major shoulder surgery on the 17th. I won't be able to do the gym (even cardio) for at least two weeks. Once I have the surgery I will be out of work for a minimum of 5 months.
