Thanks, y'all. My weight loss is a bit slow, but I see many people stressing about being slow losers, so I thought if there were some more seasoned voices who had felt the same way, it would give us all hope. -
Are you sure it is really thigh muscles and not related to hydration or nutrition? I have a hard time getting up the stairs in the morning, but later in the day I feel fine. I think it is nutrition/hydration for me.

I wonder if your heartburn could be due to portion size. Maybe you should try to decrease the size of a portion at one sitting and spread out the amount of Protein over the day. Just a thought. -

If that were the case, about the sugar alcohols, then it seems like the protein shakes would also be causing problems.

Thanks for the replies. I think there has to be a reason related to one of the ingredients in the vitamin- especially BA vitamins because so many people have a similar reaction to them. I am almost afraid to try to take them again. -
...Make people get so nauseated? There must be a scientific reason for such a rapid response of nausea right after chewing them up. I have been Googling looking for some sort of answer, and many people have the same reaction, but no one seems to be wondering why. Seems strange to me. Anyone have answers????

Totally normal. If you do a search about it, you will see many, many people have temp issues. I still am chilly at 7 weeks out.
