I am making my final decision this weekend between Sleeve and Bypass. Those of you post-sleeve, did the weight loss help relieve High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Diabetes, and/or sleep Apnea for any of you? Do any of you experience dumping with your sleeve? Thanks from a newbie,
