    Can you say freakin' awesome???

    I had the same feeling a few weeks ago in a booth. Then it got better, I went to use the bathroom and I could fit in a regular stall without the door hitting me in the chest or stomach. I just opened the door like a normal person. I usually used the handicap stall, but someone was in there...I was so happy!

    Thanks Denise-I'm definately going to buy it now! I've been averaging 100+ grams of protein daily, and I do eat anywhere from 1400-1800 calories a day, but my hair is still falling out like crazy...

    Denise-does the protein spray seem to help? My hair is falling out really bad. Its actually really gross, like I leave a trail wherever I go! I hadn't had this problem up until 1 month ago. The minute it started I chopped it off. Only problem now is its still falling out, the hair is just shorter!

    Trina - Hope you start feeling better soon! No exercise today, feeling lousy. I was up so late last night trying to figure out wedding invitations, by the time I looked at the clock it was 1am, I usually get up at 4:30 for date with elliptical. Needless to say, I'll have to have a makeup session this weekend!

    Up at 4:30 this morning for my date with the elliptical trainer. Glad to hear everyone is getting over their slumps and plateaus... Tammyj-I can't believe you've lost 7lbs so far this month, I haven't lost one yet! What are you doing???

    areellady, sorry about your arm, doesn't sound stupid, sounds overzealous, which isn't a bad thing. If a part of your body is hurtin' either take a day or two off, or work everything but that body part! If you don't exercise today, theres always tomorrow, especially when your injured.

    Yikes Juli-school and work at the same time...YIKES!!! I had a dreadful weekend. Actually it was nice, but the eating was dreadful. And no exercise. Today its back to band land...

    carol1951, did you eat a lot of pb on the crackers or did you spread it thin? I noticed that when I globbed it on (I know I shouldn't do that) I had a harder time with it then when I just spreaded it on thinly...

    I don't know all ten of them, but I know they include not eating and drinking at the same time, not drinking 30 minutes prior to a meal or 30 minutes after a meal, eating only solid foods, chewing thoroughly, no high calorie liquids, etc...

    I think your right. My thoughts were, exercise is exercise, as long as your sweating your little heart out! I do have a question for you losing, I saw on another thread that you are waking up at 4:45 to work out. How long have you been doing that for. I just started doing that this week and its been tough. I'm definately getting enough sleep, but just the change to the routine is enough to make me tired. I do notice that I have much more energy, but I was wondering how long it took you to get over that slump...If you had a slump...

    I have a ? for you guys. Has anyone heard of this? A while back, before my surgery, I was really trying to lose weight and going to the gym, working out, etc...I was on the treadmill for 20 mins. then bumped over to the bike for 20 mins. then bumped over to the elliptical for 20 mins. I thought I was doing pretty good. A trainer ended up coming up to me (from the gym) and telling me that I was all wrong. It took 25 minutes for you muscles to burn efficiently enough to lose fat doing the same motion over and over, so you weren't allowed to bump from machine to machine. Has anyone else heard of this? I noticed a lot of you guys bumping around from machine to machine, and I figured as long as you kept your heart rate up, exercise was exercise?!? I'm confused!
