  10. I'm finally on Onederland! wohoo! i wanted to be there on my 2 months surgiversary but i'm happy i got there today!
  11. i like mixing different flavor proteins, like vanilla and strawberry or chocolate and strawberry, it just makes it less borring
  12. i take 2 everyday and my hair looks really good and i see a lot of baby hairs so i will keep taking it

  14. my doc said straws are just fine, i used one since day 1 post op, i find that i drink more if i use one, and if i drink without it i tend to gulp my water, so i drink from a tumbler with a straw.
  15. i use fage 0% as a substitute for mayo, cream and dressing, i just put some lemmon pepper, garlic salt or any seasonig and it is yummy!

  17. i'm doing really good they solve all my questions and tell me what to eat and do
  18. you can take a shower the next day and the stitches are inside so you just have tape on the insitions and the stitches disolve on their own. one of my stitches didn't disolve and it just came tru one of the insitions and they just took it out on my 1 month visit, no pain just feels funny haha so if this happens to you too any dr or nurse can take it out i actually live here in mexicali, so i see them post op, lucky me!

This was my fist surgery too, and i have to say it was very good! i feel totally normal now, if you take your pain meds after the surgery you will be fine, i had mine on a monday and i was in the mall shopping on saturday for hrs, just make sure you sip your protein all the time, and have a ton of pilows because you will need them to get confy post op.
  20. He is amazing! you will be in the best hands and the hospital is so confy like a nice hotel take your laptop and watch tv and walk a lot it really helps!

  24. i'm 5 weeks out and i kind of feel like me again! plus i only had one headache, so i think it is having the 2 surgeries together try to walk and i hope you get better soon
