well today i went to the kitchen took off my cloths got on the scale and i wanted to scream 200 pounds i cant belive it iam so very happy

feeling good today almost at 200 1 pound to go and iam there , i cant belive it i havenot been 200 or under in 18 years

well i did it was sleeved on april 10th by dr david wernsing all went well

omg i got my DATE APRIL 10TH I WILL BE SLEEVED
