  10. Happens, after almost a year post op i can eat everything with different amount than the others.
  11. Don't eat bread at beginning,eat everything without bread, don't eat chocolate.

  13. Hey, im almost 9 months post op and i eat so much :/ its ok if we have this tool only join a gym and start working your body im down 120 lbs you can do it im sure srry for my bad english.

  15. Sorry, i didn't Mean to be rude, just sayin 240 LBS isn't that big, pre op i was about 315 lbs,i had the surgery because i can't control my self with food and i've tried many diets none worked,i did it at 15 now i'm 16, sorry for my grammar and english .
  16. No point for surgery if you are 240 lbs.
