Hey, im almost 9 months post op and i eat so much :/ its ok if we have this tool only join a gym and start working your body im down 120 lbs you can do it im sure srry for my bad english.

Well Said.It depends on many factors. If you are 5 ft tall and your target weight is 100 you would be 140lbs overweight. If you have comorbities which require rapid weight loss to control you would still need it. Every person is different and has different needs.

Sorry, i didn't Mean to be rude, just sayin 240 LBS isn't that big, pre op i was about 315 lbs,i had the surgery because i can't control my self with food and i've tried many diets none worked,i did it at 15 now i'm 16, sorry for my grammar and english .That's rude. I'm around that weight and I'm MORBIDLY OBESE. Yea I'm short but whatever. We all need help.... it doesn't matter if you only need to lose 20 lbs or 2000 lbs, we shouldn't judge.

Exactly the same, before surgery 320 lbs now 215 lbs, i don't do well with eggs too haha im 8 months post opCongratulations! I'm from NJ too. I had my surgery at Morristown Memorial Hospital. I'm 3mths post-op and down 64lbs. My starting weight was 448 and now I'm 384.
What is your goal weight? I can eat anything now. Don't know why but I don't do well with eggs. I'm cool with that! What kind of Protein are you drinking?
