Everyone is different. Mine was at four weeks and lasted a week. At three weeks you should be exercising like walking and some resistant workouts.

Try taken smaller sips and a lots of them. It's important not to get dehydrated. If your not able to call your doctor.

Welcome Jeff, Sounds like all is normal.

Good idea.

Starting a FB page is a good idea. I belong to a FB group of May 2012 sleevers. We have 152 members and it all started here. With all of us in the same time frame. We support each other. We also have our first annual cruise at the end of May.

I don't understand why you need the shots. You didn't get a bypass. I was doing mine sublingual once a day and my first blood tests had my B12 vary high. He cut my B12 to every other day.

For me I looked at my calories before exercise. Do you have a dietitian? 600 calories looks a little lite. I try to get 900 with 60 grams of Protein.< /p>

Welcome, If you want to talk about the surgery to your family and friends, that's great.
but sometimes you may not get the support from your family. Like I didn't.

First thing, Stalls are completely normal. To get though them you need to change up your retain. Stop drinker Gaterade. Try Cristal Light. and increase your exercise to 4 or 5 time a week. I just start with walking for a half an hour. If your not using MyFitnessPal, start. Most of us here use it for food tracking. There is a form just for them. About Vitamins, there are many different kind out there. Many of us use Flintstone chewable.< /p>

I had Dr. Ponce on May 23. I had no problems. The patient coordinator, Trish is the best. I'm still in contact with her and give her update. She has a vary active Facebook page. The hospital is OK and by the way. It's not in a shopping center. If you have specific question send me or O.T.R. Sleever a message.

The latest study out said that 36% of us regain all or most of our weight back. This is because we don't change our life style and the way we think about food. . We go back to way we were. This sleeve we got is only a tool. NOT a cure. I would go back to your doctor and talk to them. If you went to Mexico. Go see a dietitian. They will help you get back on track.
You have just made the first step now. Now get out there and finish it. We will be here for you.
