I was sleeved Nov 2011, lost 70 but this last fall I gained 20 back. Working hard now to only take in 900-1000 calories and working out every day. Gotta do this, want to get to goal of 160 this year!!!!

I am right there with you. I had mine in Nov 2011. got down to 190 ish, now up to 216. So I signed up for myfitnesspal.com and am journaling everything and being consistent with exercising. Will see if it works. need to be back down to 190 or less by Nov...

The app you found for your phone does it track, cal, carbs, protien, fat? Which app are you using, trying to find one to use.

I completely understand ! I have been the victim of grazing and sipping beverages that I shouldn't be. I like to food tracker app on my phone because it allows me to see my intake and Protein intake. I have found a company called bariatric choice, they sale high protein snack food...I haven't purchased anything from them yet because it's expensive and my budget is tight, but they have some great options tht sound pretty good. Earned that the more Water I drink the less I eat and when I just have to have that crunch I eat celery with Peanut Butter or carrots and cucumber with some light dressing

Me too, I also slept in the recliner. I had reflux so bad I would cry at night. Finally got on some Prevacid and than I was more comfortable. But the recliner was my best friend the first week. It will be heaven when you do get back in your bed!!

72 lbs is great!! When was your surgery? Mine was 11/28/11. I am in a stuck plateau situation also. I was down 72 lbs but with my son in high school sports I had a few months that I found no time to exercise.

So now I have my 1 year check up in a few months I also am going to really pump the exercise up and write down every morsel I take in!!!

My situation is even more pressure. I work for my surgeon so he see's me everyday!!!

Would love to talk to you if you need some daily support. I know it is hard!!

Keep your chin up and I agree more exercise, less carbs!! Are you getting in your 80-100 grams of Protein?

I have had mine colored every 4 weeks since my surgery, as a matter of fact my hairdresser could not believe how well my hair is doing. I am 13 weeks post op.

I know this will sound odd, but I had to buy a new bra today. I was in a 44D, after losing 64 lbs I had to buy today same bra in a 42DD. Lost the inches but gained a cup!!!

How is your blood pressure, I had that 2 weeks ago and it was my blood pressure going to low. I was on bp meds and was taken off one completely and cut 1/2 of the other and now I feel great.

Try to get your hands on some Premier Protein chocolate it is wonderful. 11 oz and 30 grams of Protein. I even put mine in the freezer for a few minutes and it makes it alittle more slushy. It is awesome.

I think I would start with trying a different med for reflux, maybe it is reflux that is making you nauseous. Especially if it is lasting all day every day.

I had a lot of nausea the first 2 weeks, used the compazine my boss( also my surgeon) gave me and that helped.

I too had diarrhea starting during my liquid pre op all the way to 8 weeks post op. I was on Omperazole since 2006 and after my sleeve surgery I had reflux so bad, I would be in the recliner instead of the bed at night crying. Dr changed me to Prevacid 30 mg once a day and that is all gone now, I am 10 weeks out and feel wonderful.

I hope you get feeling better, I did not regret but was irritated for alittle while. It all worked out, now I would never go back.

This sounds great, for sure I will give it a try.

I work for my surgeon, and we always tell our pts to stop drinking 15 min before you start eating and do not drink til 30 minutes after. I have been following that and it really does work!!

Hope this helps, thats one nice thing working for my surgeon that did mine because I can ask questions anytime.

I saw a pair of Levis SKINNY jeans at Kohls that have my name on them! I have skinny legs anyway but can't wait for a flatter belly! I have lost almost 5 inches off my abdomen since surgery! YAY!

That is awesome!! My daughter is real thin and wears those, I do not know if I will ever pull that off.

You will be wearing those sooner than you think.

This is a great topic hopefully some one has ideas, I have only lost 51 lbs and I feel them wobbling in my jeans thinking what is it going to be like when I do lose 100 lbs.

I have always had reflux and was on Omperazole since 2006. After I had the sleeve, I was miserable could not sleep at night, had to sit in reclincer, I too thought my stomach and esophagus was on fire. The dr switched me too Prevacid and now it is wonderful no problems.

Check with your dr and see if they can get you on a ppi. You will feel so much better. And if that one does not work, have them try another brand.

I wear Gloria Vanderbilt love them, just went yesterday and bought a 18W, my 22W were falling off of me. It was a great feeling to go down 2 sizes since starting liquids 8 weeks ago. Woohoo!!!

Have you contacted your dr for something for the nausea? Keep drinking, you can do it. I am 7 weeks out and believe me it gets better. I was that way too.

I am the same way, just do not get in the liquids nor my Protein drinks anymore. Now that I am eating food (little bit) there is no room in the tummy for liquids. I wish I could tell you something to help but I need to know the same thing.

Urr, so frustrating, just want to know if I am alone. Had labs drawn including LFTs everything is great, did a check of the stool for C-Diff. clear!!!
