My name is Amanda and I am 24 years old. I am married to a wonderful man who is the most supportive loving person I have ever met. We are currently living in Tennessee while he attends medical school and learns to be a doctor. We have a 3 year old little girl that we adore and is thriving in K3 right now. I love spending time with my family along with other activities but my family is what keeps me going.

I started the weight loss journey a little over a year ago with the vertical sleeve gastrecotomy. When I had the surgery I weighed 220 and had a BMI of 38. In the last year I have more than met my goal weight and now I am 108 and my MBI is 18. I am suffering from an eating disorder and now I am in the fight for my life. I never thought I could ever be too thin...but now I am. I always prayed for the day that I could be skinny but now that I am I would give anything to just be healthy again. I have obviously gone from one extreme to the next but this one could really impact my life much quicker than obesity ever thought about.
