  1. Had mine just over a month ago. IF you do need more people to talk to. I am sure you had lots of great responses already. I hope your husband has more faith in Dr Kelly, I did and went and left my children and parents at home so they could look after my children even though my mom really wanted to come with me.
  2. Having sleeve buddies is great. I had a few sleeve buddies when I had my surgery in Mexico recently.
  3. Can I ask if that was the upgrade hotel? Also, be honest, how was the post op pain? What are you taking for pain medication? I was told I wasn't going to feel well enough to get some around the pool time. I like to just lay there in the sun for a bit and enjoy the peace and quiet (away from children).
  4. Well mine worked in Dominican Republic when I was on vacation, they said as long as no calls are excepted or made and no texting I won't be charged for roaming etc... You just need to hook up the wifi as you would a laptop and go on things like facebook or msn.
  5. I am scared too, I am going in September. So far it is to Dr. Kelly but waiting on a friend to get back to me, they are buddy buddy with the surgeon in their state and they are going to see what kind of deal they can cut there. I told them I need to know soon because I have to book!!!! Since you are taking your laptop please keep us posted, I have a smart phone but don't think I will be able to post when I do go. I could always borrow a laptop from my daughter but it is more stuff to lug around and facebook is enough for me just have to let my family know that I will be ok.
