  6. Today I am 6 months out and 6 more lbs to reach goal,Oh YES I am loving life for sure...

  7. GM friends, As for this morning I am officially on my normal BMI yay only 11 lbs to get to goal!!!

  11. At my normal BMI of 24 from 38 BMI ,down from 216 lbs to 138 lbs as for today ,fatty liver is gone and high insulin levels. I feel stronger than ever and ready to get in the best shape of my life and Kick some ass ;) Take that fat!

  12. I am not sleepy but I really need to sleep so I can heal faster and keep going with my runs. Tomorrow is gym time. Good night friends!
