    Sushi...when?

Had it at 4 weeks out. I had a hand roll no rice and sashimi. It went down really good. I was super full too. Some place make rolls wrapped with cucumber. Enjoy!

    popcorn.

I've had popcorn and it went down just fine. I didnt have this surgery to ban foods from my life FOREVER. I did this to have control of my eating. 1 cup of popcorn for me isn't gonna ruin all of my amazing progress. It actually helped me stay on track. If I keep saying never Over and over to myself one day I will eat 15 cups of popcorn. The sleeve helps us with moderation and everything is ok in moderation. I make sure I have enough in my daily logging amounts for these treats. I now have discipline. There are much more worse things than popcorn.
  7. I take a calcium plus VITD combined. That helps minimize how many I have to take a day. After breakfast: Multivitamin With lunch: 1 calcium with vitD 3pm B12 Dinner: calcium with vitD Before bed: Prilosec and BC Hope that helps.
  8. 12 weeks out down 43lbs. 74 total (31 lbs pre-op) 45 lbs to goal. Hopfully ???? will get there before 1 year anniversary.

  11. My dr says I need to wait 4 months for red meat. Does anyone know why? For those of you who do eat it, is it hard to swallow? How does it feel?

    What's up with red meat?

I will be 8 weeks in Friday and had a little kofta yesterday and Monday. It's a ground beef kabob. I am gonna wait till 4 months and not eat anymore red meat but it went down fine. I haven't had any revisions and no computations. Thank God. I eat everything else and I have a sleeve of steel. That's for sure. I would love a burger with a lettuce wrap. Mmmm!

    Good or bad

7 weeks out and 27 lbs lost here. Try to stop weighing in. Hide that scale for a couple of weeks and focus on all the other things. best of luck to you and all of us.

    When can we...

Eat meals without taking 30-45 mins? Are we always gonna have to wait 2 minutes between each bite?
  15. heartonmysleevey

    When can we...

That's great to know! I get sick of reheating 2 or 3 times. Also, I can't sit with my family. I feel pressured to eat fast so I eat later.
