My name is Jessica and I'm a 21 year old single mother. I live in Staten Island, NY. A.K.A. "The Forgotten Island". I began my WLS journey in January of this year. I had my mind set on getting RNY Gastric Bypass. All of the tests were done. Insurance approved within 2 days. One week into my 2 week pre-op liquid diet, I changed my mind and decided on the Sleeve. Any advice, encouragement, friendship would be greatly appreciated =)
