ughhh tell me about it.. I couldn't believe how much the weight aged me. I'm 30 and ppl tell me I look 20 now as opposed to looking like an old maid lol

1. I always aim for 70+ grams of Protein.
2. 112 oz of Water everyday without fail!
3. Always make healthy food choices and 45 min of cardio 4-5 dys a week.
That's it. That's what I do.

YOU LOOK AMAZING! So much younger...I commented to my husband that your current photo looks like your the daughter to the before picture lol. Truly inspiring I can't wait for my turn and you will reach your goal in no time. Congrats on the weight loss.

Well at 4 wks out there was no way that I could have drank this much. But still I was always sipping on my water through out the day. I swear my bottle is glued to my hand lol. And I don't believe I reached 112 oz a day until maybe 4 months post op.
