I had a super weekend... Now it's back to business.

Going to the beach this weekend. Gonna have a good time. No kids. A much needed break!

Crazy thing... Ok.. this week is my visit form TOM and I have lost 3lbs. This has never happened before.

Last night I ran for the first time in maybe 15 yrs. It felt so good. I am so light on my feet now. No knee pain and I barely got out of breath. It was wonderful. The little things that make you thank God for this wonderful medical miracle.

My wonderful honey brought me lovely roses and chocolate covered strawberries for Valentines Day! Now what to do with these strawberries??? To eat or not to eat?? That is the question.
