I have lost 6 of the 10 lbs I gined in a week! I'm so happy! Thank you all for your support!

I haven't updated in a while so I just wanted to say hi and let everyone know I'm still alive
. My 1 year anniversary is on August 4th and I still haven't made goal but within 10lbs of reaching it. -
I lost 2lbs!!! Grining from ear to ear!!! Now I can only update my ticker to show 1lbs becasue I was 147...but hey...smallest I have been since wls!!

Doing much better now!! Working really hard to watch everything I put in this body is working. Yay!

I had my surgery! Yay! Everything went well. It was totally incapsulated so the doctor is hopefully it will not return and we are just waiting to make sure it's not cancerous.

I have been stuck between 149 and 146 for the past month and a half. I stopped drinking beer and 2 lbs gone. Guess that is something that will just have to go... unless I have issues maintaining once I get too thin.lol

Needing some major motivation right now. I have been dealing with everyone elses problems I forgot to take care of myself. Having a weird "fat feeling" day.
