Day 3 pre op feelt really week this morning I know it's because I haven't eaten much but do feel better on the way to recovery

Well I'm in hospital now just had a chat with my surgeon Mr Ammori and just had an injection into my stomach they said it was a blood thinner and would have to have them for 2 weeks and inject myself OMG never did anything like that before hoping to go into surgery soon

Not long now been out to do some shopping for when I come out of hospital made sure I bought some Whey protein big tubs half price so happy with that. Thanks to everyone who did mention about the protein thingy I had no clue before I saw some of your posts
