The hardest part so far has been quitting smoking.

24 smoke free hours... feels great but that craving is nagging like a psychotic ex who just wont let go... Can I get a restraining order against my cigarette cravings? 500 ft!

Gabrielle (my sleeve) is not liking this protein shake this morning at all. ugh. Good morning, dolls.

be sure to pick various soups and broths... my taste changed afterward and i only liked one soup.

I was locked out of my acct for weeks. Whew! I was afraid i'd never get back in but here I am! WK 7 46LBS LOST!!!

So, my last real meal literally consisted of a few Purdue chicken nuggets with Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce and lemon water. My appetite has escaped me!

I'm home now.... the gas is the worst part thus far.

50 is a nice round number.
