Anyone eat these? How do you prepare them? Do you make a sauce? I tried to eat one and it was not so good. I wanted to get rid of the entire box but I thought I would check here for suggestions. They are a great source of protein but I need something to spice it up.

I too suffered with hyperemesis and the constant spitting (sorry TMI) during both of my pregnancies thus the 9 year age difference. Said I was not going through that again. I was put on medication in the second pregnancy and it worked so ask your doctor for something. No need for you to suffer. Hugs

I also agree with Ready about evaluating what you're doing. This is not a rule and only a base but I was told to use this to stay in weightloss mode. Of course, your activity level would dictate your calorie levels. Daily Intake Calories 600-1000 Protein 80-100 grams Water 10 cups + Carbs 20-40 grams I am not a NUT and you should consult one to find out what levels would be good for you so don't take this as gospel but rather just a base to help you in evaluating. Thanks. I will try this tomorrow. I love the Old World Kitchen brand chicken patties with spinach and feta. Sam's sells it and it is really good.

I'll try grilling it on a real grill but if it doesn't work I will probably give them away. I used an electric grill. I'm a fried fish kinda girl so I guess fish prepared any other way just can't live up. You are definately right about frozen 'fresh' fish especially if it's fillets you get it from a grocery store. Most grocery stores don't have workers to clean and fillet fish. They take them right out of the boxes/bags in the frozen fish freezer section and put them in the display cooler. I'm from coastal GA and I love going to the docks in Jekyll Island to get fresh fish off of the boats. We also do a lot of fishing ourselves too.
