Thanks for letting me know about your experience. I am glad to hear you are losing weight and happy with your sleeve. I will keep you posted on when my surgery date is. I think my consultant is named Sandy...or she is the lady I always bother when I have questions...LOL.

Hi Steph, Its been three weeks and I have lost 22lbs. I didn't spend much time with Dr. Almanza but he was very nice when I meet him. You spend most of the time at the recovery house. The day shift does not speak english very well. The night guy is Severo and is great!!! And speaks good english. He also had the sleeve done. Lepita is the nurse at the clinic and is very sweet but no english. No worries they take good care of you. I was a total baby and they still were nice! Do you have a PT coordinator? Because if you feel like they dont understand you just call your coordinator and she will help you. My coordinator is Melissa 866-310-4625. She has also had work done by the team there. :001_smile:This is what BeLiteWeight wrote me: "Unless your credit is outstanding we ask for 3,500 down for the band and 4,500 for the sleeve. Let me know if you'd like to apply." It's in house finance for Dr. Rod and as little as $200 dollars a month for the rest of the payment. This is okay but if I save up half then I could probably get the rest from my local credit union. hope this helps. -

Hi I am new to this site. But I saw you got your sleeve by Dr. Almanza. I see from the post you made it home okay. How is your weight loss coming? I am planning on going to get mine done by him as well. How did you like him?

Hi I am new to this site I saw a couple posting that you posted. You had your surgery done by Dr. Rod. I am thinking of doing the same. I also thought about Dr. Reyes from a lighter me. I am interested in your experience and how you are coming along in your weight loss. Are you happy and would you do it again. Was it scary?
