Nice to see another Southern Girl having surgery on the same day. I have to be there at 8am for my 10am surgery. Since I am considered a light weight (I so wish I felt that way but if I did I woudln't have this surgery) at 230ish I have no pre-op diet other than low fat low carb and not to gain weight specifically.
